Type your I had Cedar Valley Renovations build me a 2 stall garage with an upstairs. I was so impressed by his craftsmanship and drive that I hired him to come back to build an addition on my house of a 3 season room. He did everything I asked of him and also gave me many different ideas to choose from when finishing the inside. After that I had him renovate the inside of my house which included new kitchen top to bottom, new tiled bathroom, gutted and remodeled basement. Kevin worked with me on a new layout for my basement that best fit my needs. He also added a new bathroom and laundry in the basement. We had so many compliments from friends and family that we hired him to come back and build a front deck on my house along with a sidewalk and patio. Cedar Valley Renovations comes highly recommend as we will be hiring him to come back in the spring for more renovations!

We had Kevin remove shingles from part of our house and all of the garage in August, 2011 and reshingle those areas.He was finished with the job on Saturday late afternoon. When he is through with the job, he throughly cleans up all the mess that was made. We had Kevin pour a decorative sidewalk in the front of our house. We had looked at several different styles of stamped concrete, but had a hard time deciding what would look best with the color and style of our home. Kevin was very helpful to us during the whole process. He showed us samples of the different styles of stamping and helped us pick out a color that would look the best with our home. He even suggested that we make the sidewalk have some rounded curves in it. The curves combined with the color and stamp pattern all came together to give our sidewalk a unique look that we continue to get compliments on. Kevin also showed us how to seal and protect the sidewalk so we can enjoy it for a very long time. We have a patio project coming up next year and I will definitely be hiring Kevin for that one as well!
